The statistics of workplace vision injuries is pretty staggering!  It is estimated that half of the 2,000 eye injuries that occur in a single day take place at work.

The best way to prevent injury to the eye is to always wear appropriate eye protection.  To be effective, eyewear must fit properly and be designed to protect you while you work.

It is estimated that more than 90% of eye injuries are preventable with the use of proper safety eyewear.  The Occupational Safety Health Administration, OSHA, has standards that require employers to provide their workers with appropriate eye protection.
