You can double your gift if your employer offers a Matching Gifts Program. Ask your human resources department for more information about how to obtain a matching gift.

Payroll Contribution

One of the easiest ways for you to help people who are blind or visually impaired is to give through Community Shares of Wisconsin through payroll contribution. On your pledge form, you can authorize your employer to deduct the amount of your choice each pay period. By using payroll contribution, you can spread out the total amount of your contribution over a longer period of time. This may even make it possible for you to make a larger gift.

Both public and private employers offer workplace giving.  More than 100 employers, including federal agencies, the State of Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin, Edgewood College, Dane County, and the City of Madison, offer Community Shares of Wisconsin as a giving option for their employees in Wisconsin.
