Giving Tuesday is a global movement of generosity to donate to non-profit organizations following Thanksgiving.
By giving to the Council on Tuesday, December 3, you will make a positive impact in the lives of people seeking Council services. Individuals who are blind or visually impaired, as well as their family members and friends, walk through the Council’s doors every day.
“I stopped by the Council to pick up a page magnifier for a friend,” says store customer Anna. “I have some vision issues, and I learned they have a staff person who can help me better use my laptop and iPhone. They have a shop where you can find things like easy-to-read calendars and clocks, and all kinds of magnifiers. I highly recommend that you visit this place to shop for yourself or for gifts, and that you support them for the services they offer.”

- $60 provides a one-hour, one-on-one assistive technology training session.
