
The Wisconsin Council of the Blind & Visually Impaired is seeking an executive assistant to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the executive director, ensuring efficiency, effective communication and smooth operations across all executive functions. This is a 20-hour-per-week non-exempt position based in Madison.
This role requires being extremely organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and a dedicated and compassionate member of the administrative team, working with both staff and board and reporting directly to the executive director. The role will manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel, serve as primary contact with the board of directors for administrative matters, arrange in-person meetings with partner organizations, and other duties as assigned.
