Donor recognition clubs appreciate donors who give over a period of time or at a certain dollar amount. Long-term support from donors strengthens the Council and allows us to expand our education, advocacy and vision services programs. The Council’s four donor recognition clubs are:
- White Cane Circle – members make a monthly or quarterly gift of any size
- Council Friends – members donate $500 or more in a calendar year
- Council Visionaries – members contribute $20,000 or more over their lifetime
- Legacy Circle – members have arranged for a planned gift that will benefit the Council after their death; gifts can be made through a will, trust, charitable gift annuity, insurance policy or retirement asset
Bill and Betty are two generous monthly donors in the White Cane Circle. Betty writes, “I want to take this opportunity to commend the Council for all that you do in the store and other places for a job well done! My husband and I are truly grateful. We plan to keep giving to the Council!”
